Client-Initiated CancellationClients may cancel their consulting services with Saazzy Consultants at any time by providing written notice via email to Vishnu@saazzyconsultants.com .Cancellations made within 10 days of the service commencement date are eligible for a refund as outlined in Section

 

3.2.2. Saazzy Consultants-Initiated CancellationSaazzy Consultants reserves the right to cancel any service at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where the client violates any terms of service or engages in activities that are detrimental to the consulting process.

 

3. Refund Policy3.1. Eligibility for RefundClients who cancel their service within 10 days of the service commencement date are eligible for a full refund.Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to Vishnu@saazzyconsultants.com within 10 days of the service commencement date.3.2. Processing Refunds once a refund request is received and approved, Saazzy Consultants will process the refund within 14 business days.Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.

Exceptions to Refund PolicyNo refunds will be issued for services that have been rendered in full within the first 10 days.Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made after the 10-day eligibility period.Any additional costs incurred by Saazzy Consultants in preparation for the service (e.g., travel expenses, third-party fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.
